Yes. All the elements of a roller shutter system are tested for compliance with the European quality standards, compatibility of components and reference to colour compliance. All our roller shutter profiles are tested for wind resistance in accordance with EN13659, EN12424.

Yes. Your fobs will need pairing with your receiver unit. This is extremely easy to do and we can send the instructions along with the new fob.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards including American Express.

Yes, your price includes the removal of your old door and all debris. We are a licenced waste carrier and your door will be responsibly disposed of.

If you have no other means of entry this would have been taking into account by our surveyor. We would install an external manual override system, which includes a winding rod to manually open or close the door.

A typical installation will take approximately 3 to 4 hours to complete.

Although the slats are very durable, accidents happen! If the scratch is fine then a touch up pen will work, however, if the scratch is deep then we would suggest a new individual slat. This is a 30-minute DIY job, or we can arrange for an engineer to take care of it for you.
